A common theme emerges: the service is consistently described as warm and accommodating, making PokeMotto Noho not just a place to eat, but a place to enjoy your meal.

“ To me, one of the hardest things to find in LA is a decent Poke spot. Many a times a restaurant starts out good but eventually loses its touch, service, and quality. I'm not quite sure how long PokeMotto has been around, but this is definitely a new favorite spot for Poke! Stopped by Saturday around noon, I was the only customer but the two staff members were working on some phone and mobile orders. I was greeted by the female worker and I mentioned it was my first time so I would take a look at the menu. When she noticed I was ready she stopped working to help me - that was really nice of her! But I let her know she can finish the order she was working on since I was not in a rush. I went with a large bowl with a base of white rice, then two salmon, one spicy salmon, and one crab for the proteins. I added cucumber salad, sweet onion, crispy onion, ginger, edamame, and the sauces I left for her to decide! They have a TON of sauce options and since I'm the least picky person on Earth, I asked for her to mix in her favorites. She was still courteous enough to make sure if I was okay with spicy or certain spice levels, mayo sauces, and so forth. I think she mixed in spicy mayo, sriracha, sesame, sweet chili, and ponzu. The bowl is hefty, they put a good amount of fish and all of it is fresh! It's cut into good size cubes and the salmon is soft and delicious. The veggies are fresh, rice was warm and soft, overall it had a good kick but not too spicy, and the crispy onions were, in fact, crispy! For about $17, it's a great price for not only the amount of food, but the quality, and rather healthy bowl you receive! If Parking wasn't a nightmare I would definitely come more often but regardless, I will be back! ”
“ Such a great hidden gem! Loved the flavor of the fish and topping options! It's all build your own so there isn't a pre-choice menu to choose from. Didn't get to try a sushi burrito but definitely will try next time. My only feedback is the pineapple seems likes it's from a can vs fresh cut, but it still tasted good. The truffle soy didn't have the best flavor - the truffle was very mild. Overall portions are a good size and you'll definitely get full (my partner and I got a large bowl each). ”
“ Service was super nice and helpful. Got a medium priced at $15.75 and it's a pretty good portion. They've got a pretty good selection of bases like rice, greens, and even noodles. They have a lot of sauce selections that you can mix and match for your poke. Location is next to a busy street so you kinda gotta be patient trying to park. ”
“ Awesome service, fresh fish, great choices to create your poke bowl. I will definitely be back! Parking is rough so I suggest parking down a block or so and just walk over... a couple extra steps never hurt anyway! ”
“ Best poke in the area. I am a huge poke fan and have tried most of the spots in the area (from Woodland Hills to noho) and they are all disappointing. This place is good. Huge portions, good sauces, fair prices, fresh fish. That being said there is better poke but far away such as Pasadena. But in the valley this is my go to. Good amount of indoor seats and bland interior. Service is always good. Docking a star cause some servers put too much sauce and the to go boxes are too narrow so you have to dump the poke out into a bigger bowl at home. ”
“ I love the way they make their bowls. They have great sauce. I like how they don't rush when making your decision on your ideas. The prices are good for amount of food you get. But 1 thing, the containers need to be bigger for the large,,the container for the small shouldn't be the same for the large and your food is being forced in. ”
“ Service is great, super welcoming and friendly staff. Was a little bummed during my visit they were out of white rice and avocado. My bowl was still delicious with soba but not the best by far. I would come back and try some other menu options though! Overall a nice little spot. ”
“ Holy molly this place was amazing! Their portions are more than substantial. I got the one with 3 scup's but after he put two scoops on I was blown away. Some poke places are super stingy with their scoops of protein but not the case here. Very fresh tasting and reasonably priced for the size. Highly recommend! ”
